Ground Floor:
The holiday cottage is entered through a shared entrance hall, that leads
into the dining area and through to the back door leading to the shared
patio area. To the left of the dining area is a well equipped kitchen.
Stairs lead from the dining area to the first floor.
First Floor
Three rooms run off form the landing, the first being the twin bedroom,
then to a spacious sitting room with pine clad walls, electric coal effect
fire set in a pine and tiled surround and two windows with uninterrupted
views of the bay. At the end of the landing is the bathroom with three
piece suite, electric shower and heated towel rail. A further set of steep
stairs lead to the second floor.
Second floor
This floor there is a delightful spacious pine clad double bedroom with
two windows offering uninterrupted views over the bay, colour TV and video.
Facilities
Electric cooker, microwave, fridge, freezer, kettle, toaster, colour TV,
video and radio, Towels and Bed linen included. Electric heaters throughout. Electricity
included in the rent. Patio furniture. On road parking outside the property.
