Booking weeks run from
Saturday to Saturday clients are requested to arrive after 15:30 on the
day of arrival and to vacate the property before 10:00am on the day of
departure. short breaks can be arranged but must be for a minimum of three
days
The holiday maker undertakes to keep the
premises and all fixtures and fittings, and effects in or on the premises
in the same state of repair and condition as at the commencement of the
holiday and although the owner is responsible for keeping the premises
clean we would be grateful if tenants would help by undertaking to leave
the premises in the same state of cleanliness and general order in which
it was found. The owner of the property should be compensated for any
damage or breakage's which may occur.

If
the holiday maker finds it necessary to cancel the holiday before the final
payment is due they should inform us immediately and we will en devour to
re-let the property, if the property is re-let then all deposited will be
returned less £25 handling charge. If the cottage can not be re-let
then, unfortunately all monies paid are forfeit
If the holiday maker finds it necessary
to cancel the holiday after the final balance becomes due, whether or
not the final balance has been paid the holiday cottage is not re-let
the holiday maker will be liable for the full cost of the holiday. If
the property is re-let then all monies paid will be refunded less a handling
charge of £50
If after we have issued conformation of
your booking you wish to change the dates of your holiday then you will
be liable to pay an arrangement fee of £25 any such arrangement
being subject to availability.
